DQT is excited to introduce our newest team member, Amber Bettis. Amber joins our implementation and support team in our Boise, ID office as a Software Support Technician. She will be available to new and existing customers to answer any questions and work through any problems.
Amber spent the last eight years working for a merchant processing company as an account manager. She handled implementation and support for point of sales systems for 350+ customers across the US. Prior to that she provided services and technical support in other industries.

Ben Flint says “Amber comes to us with some great experience in software and hardware support and administration. She also has personal experience in the trucking industry and already has a working knowledge of driver logs, their importance and the impact it has to drivers. She will be a great addition to our team.”
